While morphing from engineer to product designer to "innovation consultant" in my 15 years at IDEO, I developed, taught and used innovation methods, particularly around brainstorming, opportunity-finding, "radical collaboration", and design strategy and exploration projects. I've led workshops, explored new products and services, and helped to transform workplaces for companies like P&G, Kaiser Permanente, Kraft Foods, and Shell; as well I've worked with start-ups, medium-sized enterprises, NGOs and government agencies in the US and Europe.
