I am currently a student at UC Santa Cruz in the Anthropology Department. My hope was to continue with Art and Design Study after graduating, but after two years of Anthropology, I have decided I am ready to start hands on creative work. I began with a few design courses at community colleges, then ended up taking studio classes in Beirut, Lebanon. Recently returned to Santa Cruz, I am looking for some sort of internship, background work, or opportunity in the design world...and that is how I remembered this bold, unique center, which was just starting when I first head of it.

I am not necessarily looking for pay or university credit, my number one priority is to have some first hand experience.
